At the Feb. 18 public forum, resident Arvid Gifford of 919 Morgan Ave spoke about the Extended School Year (ESY) program planned for this summer and expressed concern about the proposed use of the Delaware Avenue School. He stated that, in his opinion, using that building could prevent students from attending the district's Child Care Program, which is held at Charles Street School.
