Superintendent Dr. Norton briefed the board on recent and upcoming K–12 activities. She noted winter concerts and classroom celebrations at Charles Street School, a Family Fun Night at Delaware Avenue Preschool, and visiting events including former NFL player Calvin Harmon’s visit to Palmyra High School.
Dr. Norton also reviewed student achievements in athletics — including All State recognition for soccer player Kian Bryant — and said the Child Study Team is preparing for upcoming annual reviews. She told the board the district is continuing planning for expanded high school academics including additional AP offerings, professional development and assessment readiness.
