Palmyra Board approves multiple vendor contracts and $171,000 managed-IT purchase

At the April 29 meeting the Palmyra Board approved a slate of vendor contracts and agreements for the 2026–2027 school year. Contracts accepted as on file in the Business Office included Delta Dental, Xtel, Teaching Strategies, and an Inventory Storage Addendum with SHI Information Technology Solutions and Services. The board also accepted a Public Employer Trust Agreement with Brown & Brown and an interlocal agreement with Cinnaminson School District to provide a bus mechanic.
Separately, the board approved a cooperative purchase for managed IT services through RFP Solutions Inc. in the aggregate amount of $171,000 under a Camden County Educational Services Commission cooperative contract (RFP #FY25-02). The minutes record that individual contracts in excess of $39,000 will be presented to the board for approval when finalized.
