The Claymont City School District Board of Education approved final amendments to Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations and revenues, adopted Temporary Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2027, and authorized a $275,000 transfer from the General Fund (001) to the Food Service Fund (006) and the Termination Benefits Fund (035) "as needed as of June 30, 2026 at the discretion of the Treasurer" (Item G–I of motion 26-073). The bundled motion was recorded as approved on roll call during the June 30 special meeting; the minutes record the roll-call for the final package as: "Mrs. Host, yes; Ms. Campbell, yes; Mrs. Wolf, yes. Motion carried."
The minutes do not break out amended appropriation line items or show how the $275,000 transfer will be split between the Food Service Fund and the Termination Benefits Fund, only that the Treasurer may allocate the funds as needed. The record also lists Mrs. Wolf as absent at roll call earlier in the minutes but shows her recorded voting "yes" on motion 26-073; the minutes do not explain that discrepancy.
