Board moves June budget hearing and meeting earlier to accommodate promotion ceremonies

To accommodate school ceremonies, the board reached consensus to begin the June budget hearing at 5:15 PM and to start the regular June board meeting at 5:30 PM rather than the usual 6:00 PM start time.
The change will allow board members and families to attend both the promotion and the regular meeting. The minutes record the schedule adjustment by consensus; the board did not record any objection or formal vote on the time change during the May 13 meeting.
