At the end of its March 17 meeting, the Indian Hill Board of Education voted to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters. A board member moved to go into executive session "in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 121.22" to consider the investigation of charges or complaints against a classified employee and an employee under a supplemental contract; the motion was seconded and approved on a recorded vote.
The board did not discuss the substance of the allegations in public; the motion cited statutorily permitted exceptions under Ohio law for personnel investigations. No formal disciplinary action or findings were disclosed in the open meeting; any decisions arising from the executive session will be reported in accordance with board policy and state law.
