“The first two are year to date, and then the second two are for the month of December,” the business manager explained while walking trustees through the packet; she noted that a large yearly tech support payment (about $40,000) and timing of ESD service payments made the current‑year column look larger than past years. Board members discussed recruitment for the budget committee and plans to publish additional information so residents can participate.
