On the budget side, the board authorized transfers of unassigned fund balance as of 06/30/2025 into reserves: $200,000 to workers' compensation; $700,000 to ERS retirement contribution reserve; $255,231 to TRS retirement contribution reserve; $1,107,916.21 to capital reserve (building); and $500,000 to capital reserve (vehicles/buses). Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
