Eden board approves personnel appointments, resignations and roof change orders

"Motion carried," the chair repeated after roll calls on multiple items. The board also approved declaring surplus items (54 folding cafeteria tables) for sale.
On capital work, the board approved change orders for Eden Elementary roof work that included curb access panels ($4,078), replacement of wet insulation ($223,365) and replacement of metal coping ($2,492). The superintendent said the district is pursuing insurance reimbursement for the wet-insulation costs but that the approved project funds can cover the work if insurance does not pay.
