Kara Taylor, Assistant Business Manager with InterMountain ESD, presented the district’s financial update and check register. Taylor told the Board the district received a Basic School Support payment of $279,941, interest on investments and current-year property tax receipts; she said final audit field work was wrapping up and that she would return after the new year with the audit report.
The Board moved to approve the financial report as presented. The packet included detailed revenue and expenditure tables, showing a projected ending fund balance and line items for state and local revenues. Board members discussed Measure 99 reductions (about $3,000) and the district’s plan to absorb the Outdoor School cost shortfall.
