Helix board approves September financials; district reports state and local revenues

Kara Taylor (IMESD) presented the district's financial update and check register. She told the board the district received state Basic School Support and other local receipts; the packet showed line items including basic school support and interest on investments. Taylor said auditors would be on site to finalize the field audit later in September.
The Board approved the financial report and the September check register as presented. The financial materials attached to the packet included a detailed check register showing payments to vendors such as Gordon's Electric, Uni-Tech (camera installation), and Mid Columbia Bus Co., and line-item summaries of YTD revenue and anticipated totals. Finance approval was recorded in the minutes with the motion carried.
