Brad Bixler presented materials on June 10 that included a Beynon Sports estimate for tennis‑court resurfacing, new fencing and backboards. The superintendent also provided a separate written estimate from Rick’s Custom Fencing for galvanized fencing (total $45,850.56) and noted differing contractor numbers referenced in the packet.
Board members asked Brad to seek another bid and to investigate targeted crack repairs as a lower‑cost alternative to a full resurfacing. Brad said he would obtain additional estimates for fence replacement and for crack repair, and follow up with the board.
The tennis court serves physical‑education classes, softball and summer community use; the board discussed balancing cost with community access and durability.
