InterMountain ESD presents 2026-27 Local Service Plan; district to vote in February

InterMountain ESD staff presented the Local Service Plan for 2026-27 and told the Pendleton board the IMESD Board will approve the LSP in January; by law two-thirds of districts must approve and the Pendleton board will see the plan again for a February vote.
Mark Mulvihill of the InterMountain Education Service District presented the IMESD Local Service Plan (LSP) for 2026-27 and reviewed the materials he provided, including contracted services and school improvement support available to Pendleton School District 16R.
Mulvihill said the IMESD Board will approve the LSP in January and that "by law, 2/3 of the districts must approve the LSP for it to pass." He told the board the plan will come before the Pendleton Board of Directors for a vote in February, giving the board time to review the proposed services and contracts.
