Superintendent Cale Jackson acknowledged notice of the meeting and roll call noted members Bob Hermanson, Jeff Stauffacher, Jeff Riechers, Rick Fink, Cale Jackson, Mitch Austin and Mike Flanagan; others present included Valerie Bryson and Matt Crist.
A motion by Jeff Stauffacher, seconded by Rick Fink, approved the minutes of the May 6, 2026 Personnel Committee meeting “as presented.” The committee then voted to adopt the meeting agenda on a motion by Stauffacher, seconded by Fink; both motions were recorded as carried. Committee members agreed to review and provide recommendations to the full Board on a set of personnel-related compensation items during the session.
