Board approves additive contracts and a back-pay request after closed session

Later, Member Busch moved to approve the submitted back-pay request; the board again voted unanimously 7–0 to grant the payment. The actions were recorded as post-closed-session votes on the agenda.
The motions did not include dollar amounts in the public record on the meeting agenda. The board’s recorded roll-call votes show unanimous approval for both items.
