At the April 13 meeting the Board approved the consent agenda in full (motion Wood/Morey). Consent items recorded in the minutes include approval of monthly bills, the treasurer’s report, year-to-date budget report, budget transfers, internal claims audit, acceptance of special education committee recommendations, appointment of chief election officers and poll workers, establishment of July 13, 2026 as the annual organizational meeting date, acceptance of donations (MHE Art and MHE CAF), disposals/surplus property and the award of a bid for a small maintenance bus to Don Brown Bus Sales for $23,000.
The minutes note that copies of the documents related to these consent items are included in the District Clerk’s supplemental file. The consent vote carried unanimously, 6–0.
