The Pond Creek-Hunter Public Schools Board of Education unanimously approved a multi-item consent agenda at its Aug. 18 meeting that bundled routine and operational approvals. The consent package included approval of minutes from June 23 and Aug. 6, authorization of purchase orders #51–70, approval of activity fund accounts and subaccounts for the 2025–26 school year, authorization of fundraisers, and the surplus of library books.
Also included in the consent agenda were personnel/service contract approvals and compliance items: approval to contract for Physical Therapist services (listed as Elizabeth Dillingham), Occupational Therapist services (listed as Integris Bass), psychometrist services (listed as Jennifer McCulley), and CIPA compliance for the 2025–26 school year. Justin Bentley moved to approve the consent agenda; Jason Williams seconded. The motion carried with recorded votes listed as Micah Barr, Justin Bentley, James Streck and Jason Williams voting "Yea."
