Superintendent Nicholas Colosi told the board that Phase I of the district’s capital project will begin after graduation and shared a color‑coded timeline for construction areas and sequencing.
Colosi said the PS/HS campus will be off limits for most of the summer while work proceeds, with nearly all programs and staff to be hosted in the middle school. He reported a plumbing bid came in considerably lower than other bids and will be presented for award at the next board meeting. The district intends to coordinate logistics for program relocation during the summer period.
Board members asked about site management and perennials that may need to be moved ahead of construction; Mr. Godfrey specifically requested the perennials be relocated before work begins.
