During the May 13 meeting the Oxford Academy & Central School Board approved a set of business‑office resolutions covering vendor invoices and service agreements.
By unanimous vote the board acknowledged the Internal Claims Auditor report and approved DCMO BOCES billings for various services totaling $414,670.40. The board also approved a health and welfare services agreement with Johnson City Central School District for 2024–25. Through the DCMO cooperative purchasing process, the board awarded professional auditing services to D'Arcangelo & Co., LLP for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, with options to renew for up to four additional years. The board further approved contracts for maintenance services with Postler & Jaeckle.
Board discussion did not change the contract awards at the meeting. Financial and contracting actions were approved by a 4–0 vote.
