Oxford board approves substitute appointments, accepts typist retirement and converts groundskeeper to full-time

The board unanimously approved multiple personnel resolutions at the Nov. 19 special meeting. Trustee Nathaniel Emerson moved and Trustee John Godfrey seconded the personnel packet: C1 appointing substitute teachers Cara Bradley, Erich Coelho (pending fingerprint clearance), Jacasa Currie and Nichole Dinolfo; UC2 appointing substitute support staff including Nichole Dinolfo, Christina Harrison and Holly Wakefield (pending fingerprint clearance); and UC3 increasing one part-time groundskeeper position to a full-time groundskeeper position, effective immediately.
The board also accepted a letter of intent to retire from typist Malinda Loomis, effective after the close of day Jan. 30, 2026 (UC1). Motions on personnel items were recorded as carried 5-0. The minutes do not list salaries or replacement staffing plans; the district will handle hiring and fingerprint clearances through normal HR procedures.
