Board approves auditor firm name update to ClearTrail CPAs

The board approved updating the district auditor name after the audit partners split firms. Superintendent Martin Moore explained the long-time auditor (Polly Rogers) and partners have reorganized; the division that handles school audits will operate under ClearTrail CPAs and the board approved the administrative name change.
Moore said ClearTrail handles roughly 60 school audits in Oregon and that the change was identified during the fall initial audit review. "Our auditor noticed that we needed to update the name of our auditor. So, just need to go through and approve that name change," Moore told the board. A motion to approve the name change was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
