At the May 7 meeting the Palmyra Board approved several vendor contracts and purchases for the 2025–26 school year. The board accepted a cooperative-pricing purchase for a new access control system from RFP Solutions at $56,573.59 and approved a contract with Vantage Financial for Lenovo Chromebooks with a three-year warranty (documents on file in the Business Office).
The board also approved renewal of NutriServe Food Management for a third year of a five-year agreement. The renewal lists a management fee of $29,497.50, an estimated annual gain of $36,658.78, and an estimated annual cost of $532,459.22 for the district's food service program. These contract approvals were presented as part of the Business, Financial and Operational actions during the meeting.
