The board approved a slate of athletic supplemental positions for 2026–27, including head and assistant coaching assignments across cheer, boys’ and girls’ basketball, junior high positions and bowling. The board also authorized payment for IVC and OHSAA tournament workers.
During the meeting Mr. Peters recognized Sharon Grove’s retirement and thanked her for many years leading the cheer program. The athletic package was moved and seconded and carried by roll-call vote with Mr. Peters recorded as abstaining on that vote.
