Representatives from two superintendent search firms presented their approaches to the Lane County School District 40 Board of Directors during a Nov. 18, 2025 special meeting in Creswell.
Superintendent Mike Johnson introduced Kathleen Rodden-Nord of Human Capital Enterprises and Jennifer Nelson from the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA). According to the minutes, each representative “shared their superintendent search process and answered questions from the board.” The presentations were part of the board’s process to identify a firm to lead the district’s superintendent search.
