The treasurer reported acceptance of a $1,000 donation from Tamara and Eric Cantor designated for the boys basketball team and thanked the community for supplemental support. Board members asked for clarification on project timelines and for a facilities roadmap; Davis said the district is preparing a facilities map and recommendations to inform capital planning and scheduling.
The board moved and approved the treasurer's report on roll call following the presentation and the brief Q&A about roofing timelines.
