District reviews referendum-driven facilities work and summer schedule
Summary
District administrators reviewed Terrazzo flooring plans, bathroom upgrades, CTE work beginning June 1, locker and bus garage bids, and possible parking-lot and fencing changes tied to the TCE site.
During the work session the district provided updates on referendum-related projects and summer work scheduling. Administrators reviewed Terrazzo flooring designs for TCE and the middle/high school and said Terrazzo Flooring Design Company will meet in the district office to finalize the summer schedule; demo is expected to take about five days per building and TCE may open with an unfinished floor section.
The board also reviewed completed bathroom partition replacements and ongoing fixture upgrades, upcoming CTE-area work slated to begin June 1, solicitation of locker bids, bus garage tank upgrade and canopy bid requests, and consideration of an elementary parking-lot design that could affect fencing plans. Asphalt maintenance (seal and strip) is planned for summer 2027.
