Buildings, Grounds, and Maintenance Director Derrick Retz summarized anticipated work and bids: ADA-compliant bleachers, air sensor controls, athletic field irrigation, a utility vehicle purchase, and asphalt maintenance. The board raised questions about how long an irrigation system would be required; Retz was asked to bring detailed proposals and timelines to the May work session for further board consideration.
