During the brief meeting the board approved the agenda (motion by Kelly Bennett; second Robert Delahoy), approved the appointment of Shannon Lingle as an elementary special education teacher (motion by Gregory Hudson; second Kelly Bennett) effective Aug. 10, 2026, and accepted Titan Roofing, Inc.'s bid for Phase 2 roofing work under the 2023 capital project (motion by Kelly Bennett; second Gregory Hudson). All motions were recorded as approved 6-0. Gregory Hudson moved to adjourn; Robert Delahoy seconded.
