Board approves consortium participation, food-service contract extension and multiple financial items

The consent agenda included acceptance of Claims Auditor reports for multiple warrants, with several totals recorded in the minutes (examples: Warrant #33, Fund A dated June 12, 2026 — $838,395.86; Warrant #34, Fund A dated June 26, 2026 — $1,021,179.67; Warrant #56, Fund TC dated June 18, 2026 — $1,065,831.60). The board also accepted a $250 donation to the PCS Athletic Department from the Basketball Camp of the Southern Tier.
District Treasurer Amanda Kolstee reviewed purchasing and procurement policies and recommended no changes at this time.
