Under New Business, Board President Doug Walker proposed installing bollards to protect the well head; the item was noted for board discussion and potential follow up. Shortly thereafter the board moved into Executive Session at 7:37 PM to discuss personnel matters; the motion to enter executive session was made by Renee Bagley and seconded by Caterina Dobak. The board returned to open session at 8:38 PM and adjourned the meeting at 8:38 PM. The minutes were signed by Michael McGarry, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary.
