Board approves $1.8 million in bills and shared-services agreement

The Alexandria Township Board of Education approved its consent agenda on Jan. 22, which included financial transfers and certification of financial reports for the month ending Dec. 31, 2025 and a bill list totaling $1,795,619.26. The board also approved travel and related expense reimbursements in accordance with New Jersey statutes and Treasury guidelines (OMB mileage $0.47 per mile).
The consent agenda included a shared-technology services agreement with Delaware Valley Regional High School for $8,420.52 and an amended out-of-district special-education tuition contract with Flemington-Raritan Board of Education for Nov. 10, 2025–June 19, 2026 with a revised total cost of $90,744.75. The motion to approve the delegate/finance items was moved and carried in roll-call votes recorded in the minutes.
