Board approves January treasurer's report and $1.33 million in payments

At its Feb. 9 meeting the South Williamsport Area School Board approved the January 2026 Treasurer's Report on a motion moved by Cathy Bachman and seconded by Ben Brigandi. The board then approved payment of bills from several funds, with the minutes listing $1,192,250.05 from the General Fund; $34,565.87 from the Food Service Fund; $16,749.75 from the Capital Reserve Fund; and $90,264.68 from GO Bond 2023.
Board Member John Hitesman moved the bills motion, Cathy Bachman seconded, and the roll call vote was recorded as in favor. The minutes also show approval of the Jan. 26, 2026 meeting minutes by roll call.
