District highlights fall events, Thanksgiving dinner and plans for on-campus SAT/ACT testing

Superintendent Pratt told the board that the hayride and Veterans Day assembly were successful and reminded attendees of an upcoming Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 26 at noon and the Christmas program on Dec. 11. "The parent group will be offering a $5 dinner from 5:00 – 5:45 PM," the minutes record.
Principal Farnell reported that Ms. Reman took students on college visits, Knowledge Bowl has started, and staff are working with Ms. Reman to offer SAT/ACT testing on campus; Elma Fire also made a visit to provide fire-safety education to students. These items were presented under Superintendent and Principal reports and noted for community awareness.
