Three issues required fixes: (1) inconsistent spelling of a speaker name in the transcript (appeared as 'Wilper' and 'Wilbur'); the articles standardize to 'Dr. Wilper' (first occurrence) and flag the inconsistency in clarifying details; (2) ambiguous numeric phrasing around reserves and a local revenues figure (transcript lists '1,988,992' and elsewhere '1,988,992 thousand' and lists local revenues as '1,600,000'); the articles present the transcribed numbers verbatim and note the ambiguity rather than attempting correction; (3) ensure attributions only used speakers and labels that appear in the transcript; where no explicit name exists the articles attribute quotes to the defined functional label 'Staff member' and avoid inventing personal names or titles. No other significant issues were found.
