At the July 2 meeting the board elected Larry Parker to serve as board chair and nominated Todd Thorne as vice chair. The board approved a set of governance designations naming Brad Bixler as Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy Clerk and Custodian of Funds and established a $150,000 borrowing limit and Cockburn & McClintock, LLC as the official auditors.
The board also approved classified substitute pay at $15 per day and long-term substitutes at $17 per day, and voted to declare listed technology equipment surplus including 30 HP 14A G5 Touchscreen Chromebooks and 8 HP 14A G6 Touchscreen Chromebooks (updated 7/1/2025).
