The Marion Center Area School Board voted unanimously on Oct. 27 to award two capital projects: track resurfacing and a major HVAC replacement. "It was moved by Ms. Young seconded by Mr. Glasser for the track resurfacing to be awarded to ATT Sports, Inc. at a cost of $ 289,380 through capital projects be approved as presented," the minutes record; the motion carried 9-0.
In the same segment the board approved replacing the Dectron unit with a Dessert Aire unit and awarding the contract to Renick Brothers at a cost of $327,500 through capital projects.
