Board presented multiple 2026–27 service agreements and program participations for approval
Summary
The agenda recommended entering into agreements with Pressley Ridge Day School, Ken Diem (photography), IUP graduate assistants, Allegheny IU, participation in ELECT (ARIN IU 28), and several volunteer and CTE catalog updates for 2026–27.
At the June 15 work session, administration presented a slate of recommended agreements and program participations for the 2026–2027 school year. The agenda recommended entering into a services agreement with Pressley Ridge Day School; contracting Ken Diem for district photography; approving two graduate assistants from IUP; adopting a comprehensive service agreement with Allegheny Intermediate Unit for 2026–2027; and participating in the Education Leading to Employment and Career Training (ELECT) program through ARIN IU 28 from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030.
The agenda also recommended adding Amanda Michelle Brooks, Miranda Yeager and Troy Peace to the district volunteer list, and inserting CTE pathways into the 2026–2027 course catalog. These recommendations were presented for board approval; the work session summary shows them as recommended actions rather than recording final approval votes.
