"We just went ahead and renewed it for a year so that we weren't double paying for similar systems," S2 said.
Board members approved the one-year renewal by unanimous vote (5-0). Staff said the district has used SoftDocs for roughly five years and will reassess when the state system becomes available to avoid overlapping costs.
