The board approved the following awards: Native Wrecking Services — Demolition & Abatement, $180,000; Box Construction — Rough Carpentry & Specialties Installed, $20,000; RLS Construction — Drywall & Ceilings, $183,245; CWC Interiors — Resilient Flooring & Tiling, $199,479; Figuero Painting LLC — Painting, $46,100; Elite Storage Products — Lockers, $74,000. Each motion was made by J.C. Haddox and seconded by Randy Colbert and carried by recorded votes of 4–0 with Gina Brandt absent.
