Board members approved the resignations of Logan Britt, Ashley Bagwell, Marissa Kader, Brian Kader, Glenn Headley, Beau Custar and Marian Klutts in separate motions. For each item the motions were made by J.C. Haddox and were seconded as recorded in the minutes; recorded final tallies on those votes were 5–0 in favor.
