Assistant strength coach hired and volleyball coach resignation accepted; student trips approved

The board accepted the resignation of Elaina Gehlman from the HS Assistant Volleyball Coach position effective immediately and authorized administration to post the vacancy.
Separately, the board approved in-county student and staff activities including a Middle School trip to the Math 24 competition at Saint Francis University (05/15/26), senior graduation practice transportation to Mount Aloysius College (05/28/26), and transportation for seniors to Jackson Elementary for a Memory Walk (05/27/26). The board also authorized Kevin O'Brien to use the Central Cambria stadium Monday through Thursday for an Annual EAS Soccer Skills Camp for registered players starting July 23, 2026. All motions were seconded and carried unanimously.
