Board places 2026–27 insurance packages; student accident, workers' comp, cyber included

The Central Cambria School District Finance Committee presented a package of insurance placements for 2026–27 that the board recorded as approved on July 13. The committee also recommended Workers’ Compensation with Workpartners (administered by UPMC Health Benefits) at $41,235; a combined insurance package (property, general liability, school leaders E&O, automobile, cyber) with Liberty Mutual at a combined premium of $145,964; and Pollution Legal Liability with UCPM Environmental Insurance at $4,820.
Mr. Paul Seymour presented the items for the Finance Committee and motions were seconded by board members and recorded as carried unanimously in the minutes.
