Lacey Sharp (SES) reported on Kinder Jumpstart and enrollment for Pre‑K through 5th grade and Back to School Night plans. Blaine Braithwaite (SSS) told the board about a proposed cell‑phone ban, 2025–26 objectives, recent hires, online registration and the Back to School Bash. Lorena Woods summarized the 2025–26 Discipline Matrix and outlined athletic preparations including new‑coaches group training, an annual Meet the Tiger Night, Homecoming activities and open coaching positions. Superintendent Beth Burton reviewed personnel and federal funds, facilities planning and staff inservice; Burton also recommended opening slots to out‑of‑district students because of low enrollment figures.
