Nikki McCann moved to elect Scott Morris as board chair; Devin Bailey seconded and the motion "carried unanimously," according to the meeting minutes. Devin Bailey then moved to elect Nikki McCann as vice chair, a motion seconded by Scott Morris and likewise recorded as carried unanimously. The elections followed roll call and established the board leadership for the 2025–26 year.
