The chair listed the items: a 2026–27 revised TAC LLC agreement; a URI speech pathology program clinical affiliation agreement effective 04/01/2026–04/01/2036; an advanced behavioral consultation agreement; a translation agreement for Maria Fonseca; a student assistance and employee assistance program agreement; and a LearnWell agreement. "All of which were publicly, advertised and, reviewed by legal," the chair said before the motion and voice vote to approve the package.
The motion to approve was made, seconded, and carried by voice vote.
