Board adopts several governance policies in unanimous vote

Mr. Carl Anderson moved to accept all policies listed under Agenda Item 7.1 and Mrs. Melissa Allison seconded. The board approved the motion by a 4-0 vote. The policies were adopted as presented on the second reading; no substantive discussion or amendments were recorded in the transcript.
Board members recorded a unanimous vote; the motion and tally were read into the minutes during the action-items portion of the Dec. 16 meeting.
