Board adopts superintendent goals to guide evaluation

Superintendent Krista Nieraeth told the Santiam Canyon SD 129J board that the district must agree on superintendent goals by Oct. 15. Board Member Melissa Allison moved to accept the goals as presented; Carl Anderson seconded, and the board approved the motion 4-0.
Nieraeth said she will work on the goals throughout the year and that achievement of the goals will factor into her evaluation. The goals themselves were included in the board packet and noted as available online for review.
