During the Nov. 17 meeting, Superintendent Aaron Duff presented two capital equipment proposals for the district's athletic facilities: aluminum bleachers for the Grove Sports Complex and a new scoreboard for the baseball field.
Mr. Duff listed the bids: “Nor‑Pac Seating - Aluminum Bleachers for the Grove Sports Complex - $46,100.00” and “Scoreboard for baseball field - Daktronics BA 2125 - $22,781.00.” Vince Ruzicka moved to accept the proposal and bid for materials and installation; Claudia Limon seconded and the board voted unanimously to approve the expenditures.
The approvals authorize procurement and installation of both items; the motion language in the minutes indicates the board approved both materials and installation without amendment.
