The consent agenda record shows: "MOTION: DON MILLER MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA, AS PRESENTED. SECOND: KELLY KESSLER. VOTE: UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED." Don Miller is listed in attendance as Board Vice Chairman and Kelly Kessler as a board member.
Denyce Kelly was noted as available to answer financial questions; the board did not request further discussion. The approval clears routine fiscal and minutes items and allows staff to accept and allocate the donated funds per school needs.
