The motion to enter closed session was made by Stacy Fetzer, seconded by Sharon Formoe, and passed on a roll-call vote: Amber Carlsrud — Yes; Stacy Fetzer — Yes; Sharon Formoe — Yes; Ben Mrdutt — Yes; Jessie Olson — Yes.
The meeting reconvened in open session at 9:04 p.m. "for the purpose of taking action as deemed necessary or appropriate on any matter discussed or deliberated upon in closed session," after which the board took several actions in open session, including accepting the Phase 2 Bid Package, approving the new paraprofessional position and accepting a resignation.
